Refund Policy

At Atelier Annie Sène, each artwork and item is carefully and thoughtfully prepared. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read the conditions below carefully for return and refund information.

1. Items eligible for a refund

You can request a refund or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • There was an order error (incorrect item)

  • Item is lost in transit (carrier confirmation required)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Original artwork sold as is

  • Changes of mind

  • Items on sale (final sale)

2. Deadline for making a request

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any return, exchange or refund request.

3. Procedure

  1. Send an email to anniesene99@gmail.com with:

    • Your full name

    • The order number

    • A brief explanation of the problem

    • Clear photos of the item and/or packaging (in case of damage)

  2. Once your request has been reviewed, we will confirm if you are eligible for a return or refund.

  3. If a return is authorized:

    • The item must be returned at your expense, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

    • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method (bank delays of 5 to 10 working days).

4. Partial refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • There are missing elements

  • The request is made after the deadline, but deemed valid

5. Non-refundable items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or commissioned works

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
